You don't have to take our word for it! Here's what some of our satisfied customers have to say about Choice Quick Lube:
They were awesome! Found this place as an errand to check off the list while waiting for a friend. Not only was the service quick but they went above and beyond to vacuum carpet and check other things that I asked about. Highly recommend and will gladly return!

I absolutely enjoy my experience when I come here for an oil change. The staff are friendly, polite, and go above + beyond customer service. Today’s visit, I got my car vacuumed and inside wiped down. They check your tire pressure, clean your windows, and offer you a bottle of water, too. I also got a $10 gift card which will be nice to share or use depending on how expensive oil and gas could continue to rise.

I don't know if I've ever been in a good mood after getting an oil change until today.
Philip Rentschler
Excellent experience! Speedy and professional, will definitely be back.

I went 4 miles down Ellsworth to Uncle Ed's pulled in and the punk that waited on me brings out a chart and says the only oil change I can do for you is the $139.00 one. Mind you there were 3 other prices below the $139.00. What A scam!!!!! The only one he could do for me. Came to Choice Quick Lube. $85.99 for and oil change and the cleaned the interior or my car and front windshield and back window!!!!!! This place is totally awesome!!!! If you go anywhere else in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti area, YOU are wasting your money!!!!!

Visited the s.state location twice so far. The first time was during a busy time around noon. The business was busy and I was also in a hurry. I mainly remember that I received an efficient service with no fuss which left me a good impression, so I went back for the next oil change which was this morning. During the visit, I received a bottle of cold water, a quick touch up on the interior and exterior of the car, and courteous communications from the crew throughout the oil change service. I'd go back here for the third time!

Stopped in for an oil change on my new Cadillac CT4. I was expecting just to use the house brand GM Dexos full synthetic oil. I inquired about mobile 1 pricing, I was shocked to find out they sell it cheaper than what the house brand Dexos oil costs up in Fenton Michigan! I was blown away by the speed, professionalism, and friendly positive attitudes. it was great to see a bunch of younger kids busting their butt enjoying what they're doing and going above and beyond and even vacuuming and detailing the car while we wait. Best price hands down, best service hands down, and quality product! I'll be making the commute just for oil changes from here on out for both of my vehicles. Thanks choice quick lube, for innovating a way to combat inflation by throwing in a bunch of free stuff like the detailing and vacuuming and whatnot!! Great Move.

Best service, as far as an oil change, we’ve ever had. Exactly how it should always be, but it’s not. I will drive 30 minutes to come back. Offered a cold water immediately, were pleasant, asked us to step out because they would clean our car as part of the service. Took about 10 minutes because of the help they had on hand.

I've been coming here for years, and always received solid service, but during my last two visits, they have gone above and beyond. Not only did I receive a quick and efficient oil change, but they cleaned my windows and floor mats, polished my dashboard, and even vacuumed, all while doing a detailed multi-point inspection! It was unexpected and very welcome. In an era when we all seem to be paying more and more for less, they are going in the opposite direction and really stepping up their game. Well done.

I just went to choice quick lube on Carpenter rd (near Washtenaw). I 1000% recommend them. They vacuumed, changed the oil/filled fluids, gave the kids candy, adults water, and wiped the dash. They scraped off the old tags from years prior of oil changes, and I paid $78.26 (first time coupon $10 off) Very impressed!

When I say the best oil service place in the area they are fast quick, fun to be around, very helpful. Price a1 and they carry my Amsoil. The owner was cool and his crew is great. They did all my vehicles, my Focus at , Lincoln hybrid, my Cadillac xt5. Give them a shot.

Aboud and his team provide outstanding service and care. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and well training in auto maintenance and customer service. They are doing everything right and come with the highest recommendation. Very different and refreshing compared to most quick change oil places. They will take care of you during and after your service with them.

These guys are incredible. The service is impeccable and they treat you like a valued customer. Very good pricing and they have little extras like vacuuming the floor and passing out cold water. Top notch, I will never go anywhere else.
Amber Mason
Fast and courteous. It's actually kind of neat to watch the team operate. You can tell they're each working hard to get you taken care of and on your way. You can hear them communicating with each other as they run through their checklist. Gives me confidence that they're doing things right.

I never leave reviews but I get my oil changed here every time and they are always so kind and considerate. I’ve never felt scammed, confused, or embarrassed. They really take the time to do extra!

The employees here are quick, efficient, and honest. They always offer water and wipes to clean my car but today they had me step in the lobby to clean out my car which was super nice! I never feel like they are trying to trick me into buying services I don’t need (like some other local oil changes shop) and they also don’t “mansplain” things to me either. The prices are reasonable but worth it because of the treatment received. They are respectful and communicative.

Been meaning to write this review since my first visit to this location last November. The high quality of service stuck with me so long, that I still want to do it. I've been using Choice Quick Lube for over 20 years. The value is unmatched... high quality of service and products at a fair price with friendly attitude that makes you feel smart and appreciated. Highly recommend this location plus their location on South State.

Ethan, Ehab, and Antonio were AMAZING! It was a hot day in the Canadian smoke was everywhere and you wouldn’t know it. They were here to work and serve. These guys are incredible if I was hiring in my business, I’d hire them in a heartbeat. You better hang on with them! I look forward to being back!

This is the place to go for a quick basic oil change. Like $10 more then doing it yourself, takes 10 minutes, and you just stay in your car. Super nice guys.
Oscarin Lopez
Alood and the whole team was very accommodating. The place does not try to upsell. Oil change fee is very reasonable. Trust the service.

Wow! Abud and Vince have taken oil changes to another level! Friendly and multilingual staff, cold water for the customer, fluids topped, tire pressure checked, windows cleaned, interior vacuumed and wiped down, oh, and mats vacuumed or power washed. What other "Quick Oil Change" does that?!? All this with competitive pricing and friendly competent staff! There is no better option-- and they don't just do oil...AC, brakes, tires. Look no more.

I love going to Choice Quick Lube and I am always impressed with their services. This time I had an oil change, they washed my windshields, vacuumed my car, and even cleaned my battery attachments with no extra charges. They gave me a bottle of water and a dashboard wipe and were very pleasant. I had Abood, Cadyn, Alex, and Kim and they were very hard working and nice. I will always come back to Choice Quick Lube for their impressive services and customer facing people. Thank you.
Lizzy Aldrich
Quick and efficient team. Got a front and passenger seat vacuum included as well.

I have been taking my cars here for years. Their prices are fair, service is great. They don’t take shortcuts. Last week (june 2026) I rolled in, it was a quiet afternoon, and they said “ma’am, if you wanna hop out, we can vacuum the car for you!” I was having a rrrreally stressful week. That gesture made me decide to post this 10/10 I am glad they are a part of our community.
Robyn Sorensen
They were extremely fast and everybody was super nice! I will definitely be back!

I don’t post many reviews, but Choice Quick Lube stands out. This is the best value auto lube. They vacuum out your car, wash windows, and provide a bottle of water. Prices are very competitive, and the customer service is outstanding.
Christina Gretkierewicz
The BEST oil change ever!!!! They vacuumed my car, washed all windows inside and out, put air in my tires, washed my floor mats, checked my fluids and changed my oil all within 10 minutes. They only charged me, a female, $44 without the “you’re going to need xyz runaround.” I will absolutely be coming back!!!
Joanna Liverance
I went here for the first time today and was given a cold bottle of water and was in and out in 10 minutes for an oil change. Service was exceptional. They checked all my lights and my filters and topped off my fluids. They gave me a punch card for savings and didn't try to upsell me on filters which I have never experienced but is something that has always annoyed me about other places. I will definitely be coming here from now on. They also had amazing pricing compared to what I've been quoted elsewhere. They also do some basic mechanical work and told me to stop in if I had lights come on rather than paying exorbitant dealership prices which is awesome!

If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. Got an oil change here a few weeks ago after noticing rough acceleration and engine rumbling. It was fast and the staff were helpful and transparent. This morning the issues seemed back, so I checked the oil and called them. Abood actually drive to my house to investigate. Turns out Id been checking the oil wrong and everything with the oil change was fine. He patiently walked me through everything and then offered to take a quick drive with me to hear the issues firsthand. He gave me some advice and answered all of my questions. All free of charge. Incredible service, especially for a broke grad student. Highly recommend!

The owner, his cousin and their team are phenomenal people! They truly go above and beyond for their customers! I’ve been going to them over the past few years for both of my cars, and they truly are a great place to go for efficient and quality oil changes and quick checks on headlights, tires, etc. They even checked and helped replace one of my Jeep’s front headlights that went out. I can’t say enough great things about this place! I’ve recommended it to my family. Highly recommend to everyone!!!

We were traveling from out of town and having issues with our hybrid Honda. Avoid was so kind and took time to listen to our issues. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and could get back on the road safely. I would highly recommend any service done by him.

I took my car for an oil change to Ann Arbor Muffler and was told they could not get the filter off the car. They charged me their full price minus the cost of the filter and told me to go back to the dealership where the last oil change was completed that they must have overtightened it. I was really frustrated and unsure what to do so after looking at a Reddit thread where Choice Quick Lube was highly recommended I decided to call and was promptly greeted by Abood who kindly agreed to get in the middle of my incomplete oil change from yesterday thankfully! I can't say enough how grateful I am for Abood, he not only got the oil filter off quickly, he noticed the oil had been overfilled yesterday and worked to make it correct. In addition he noticed that the car's dipstick holder needed to be replaced, something that was not even noticed yesterday! Abood undercharged for today's service so much I needed to give him extra money to feel like I had compensated him fairly!! I am excited to not only give him an incredibly positive review, but more to have a great place to go for future oil changes and repairs!! Thank you Abood and all of your staff!

Highly recommend!! I had an incident with an oil change and they went above and beyond to fix the issue. Then followed up after to ensure everything was still good. I felt very taken care of and trust this place. It’s very hard to find people in the automotive world you can trust. They are one of them. I would give 10 stars if I could.
Cara Briggs
Service wowed me! This oil change place goes the extra mile. Highly recommend. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Connor Pellegrini
Took my Silverado in for an oil change today and received remarkable service. The entire crew was extremely helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond. The best part is that I didn't have to schedule an appointment like the dealership and it took all of maybe 10 minutes....it was probably a little less honestly. It was awesome not having to leave my truck there and then get a ride back at the end of the day. Oh yeah...it was also less expensive than the dealership as well. I would 110% recommend to anybody and I will continue taking my vehicles to this shop in the future. Thanks, CQL Crew!!!
